Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS, and process transactions efficiently.
- Serve food, drinks, and cocktails with professionalism, including spirits knowledge and cocktail experience.
- Upsell menu items such as specialty drinks or appetizers to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales.
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are maintained during food handling, serving, and cleaning processes.
- Assist with bussing tables, resetting dining areas, and supporting kitchen staff when needed.
- Use OpenTable or similar reservation systems to manage guest seating efficiently and improve overall guest relations.
Qualifications
- Previous food service or restaurant experience is highly preferred; experience with fine dining or casual dining environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests from around the world.
- Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing sales reports.
- Knowledge of wine, spirits, beverage service, and cocktail preparation enhances your ability to upsell effectively.
- Ability to multitask efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude in a busy setting.
- Commitment to food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures.

Pay: $23.77 - $28.63 per hour
