VIBRA TRAVELS is seeking a Travel Inpatient Pharmacy Technician to join our expanding network of healthcare professionals. We’re looking for dependable, detail-focused travelers with experience supporting inpatient pharmacy operations in a hospital setting. Minimum Qualifications:
- Current, valid, and active certification and/or license to practice as a Pharmacy Technician in the state of employment required
- Minimum of two (2) years of recent inpatient hospital pharmacy technician experience required
- High school diploma or GED required; completion of an accredited pharmacy technician training program preferred
- Experience preparing, packaging, and distributing medications in an inpatient setting required
- Current, valid, and active driver’s license required
- Ability to travel using publicly available air and ground transportation
Certificates, Licensures, Registrations:
- Current, valid, and active state license and/or national certification (CPhT) as a Pharmacy Technician required
- Current BLS certification from a Vibra Travels-approved vendor required, AHA preferred and required by some clients
Additional Qualifications/Skills:
- Experience compounding sterile and non-sterile medications, as applicable
- Familiarity with automated dispensing systems and pharmacy information systems
- Strong attention to accuracy and detail
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare teams
- Free from illegal drug use and effects of alcohol in the workplace
