We’re growing and looking for a reliable, customer-focused team member to join our busy retail location!
Position Overview:
As a Retail Associate, you’ll assist customers with a variety of services including shipping, packaging, printing, mail handling, and returns. This is a fast-paced role where delivering excellent customer service is key.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with UPS shipping and packaging services
- Package items safely and efficiently
- Handle printing and document services
- Sort and manage incoming/outgoing mail
- Process returns and provide general customer support
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace

- Punctual and reliable with a strong work ethic
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds
- Reliable transportation
Schedule:
- Weekdays: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
- Every other Saturday: 9:30 AM – 3:00 PM
- Every other Sunday : 10:00 - 3:00 PM
Compensation:
