JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for the effective management and operation of the Cardiopulmonary, Radiology, Laboratory and Physical Therapy departments. Directly responsible for the job performance of the Ancillary department Technical Directors. A direct liaison between the Ancillary departments, Hospital Administration and Medical Staff. The employee will adhere to organization and unit specific customer service standards.
Minimum Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Health Services Administration, Business Administration, or related field, preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in a patient care field (nursing, respiratory, laboratory, physical therapy or radiology) required.
- Over ten years of experience in a healthcare
- Five years in a leadership role (clinical director)
- Extensive knowledge of regulatory compliance and standards in healthcare services.
- Demonstrated experience in budgeting, financial management, and cost control.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing process improvements.
- Proven experience of at least 5 years in a leadership role within the healthcare industry, preferably in ancillary services.
