Responsibilities
- AVAILABILITY ON WEEKENDS
- Conduct structured driving lessons tailored to individual student needs, ensuring clear understanding of traffic laws and safe driving techniques
- Assess students’ driving skills regularly, providing constructive feedback to enhance their progress
- Prepare students for licensing tests by simulating real-road scenarios and exam conditions
- Maintain accurate records of each student’s progress, lesson plans, and assessments in compliance with licensing standards
- Manage classroom environments effectively during theory sessions, fostering an engaging learning atmosphere for adult learners
- Communicate clearly and professionally with students, addressing questions and concerns with patience and enthusiasm
- Stay updated on local traffic regulations, safety protocols, and teaching best practices to deliver current and effective instruction
Qualifications
- Proven experience in driving, with a clean driving record and valid driver’s license suitable for instructing learners
- Strong teaching abilities with experience working with adult education or classroom settings preferred
- Excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts clearly and motivate students
- Ability to manage classroom environments effectively during both practical lessons and theoretical sessions
- Demonstrated patience, adaptability, and enthusiasm for working with diverse student populations
- Knowledge of traffic laws, safety standards, and instructional techniques relevant to driver education
- Certification or licensing as required by local regulatory authorities for driving instructors
