We are seeking a highly skilled Equipment Technician to join our manufacturing team on the third shift. This role is vital in ensuring the optimal operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of various production equipment, including flexo presses, CNC machines, and other manufacturing tools. The Equipment Technician will play a key role in maintaining high standards of quality control and efficiency while supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to safety and precision.

Job Description / Requirements:
Manager notes – Familiar with hydraulics, CNC equipment, ovens, furnaces, mill, lathes. Working on Preventative maintenance, troubleshooting. Experience in medical devices is a big plus. Working in a machine shop, foundry, tool/die, hydraulics, and pneumatics. This would be for a tech level person, not an engineer. Need someone who can work on large machines and get hands dirty. Looking for someone local who can interview in person for an hour long troubleshooting example. .
Shift hours are 10 PM – 6 AM, someone who can bring their own tools is a big plus (they don’t need a rolling tool box they need a hand held with simple tools – Wrenches, screw drivers, sockets, hammers etc)

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Technician specializing in asset relocation, equipment upkeep, electrical systems,. This role supports our facility's operations by ensuring equipment reliability and safety.
Responsibilities:
- Execute equipment and machine relocations safely and effectively.
- Maintain, troubleshoot, and repair manufacturing and facility equipment.
- Conduct preventative maintenance and inspections to minimize downtime.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and cabling.
- Work with ductwork systems, ensuring proper installation, maintenance, and functionality.
- Collaborate closely with Engineering and Production teams to address maintenance needs and optimize performance.
Qualifications: 5-10 years of solid electrical and mechanical industrial maintenance
- Technical certification or equivalent experience in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance.
- Demonstrated ability to safely relocate heavy equipment and machinery.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
