Vice President of Finance
Salary: $200K-$250K + 20% Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Vice President of Finance:
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis
- Deliver monthly/quarterly reporting and KPI dashboards for executive leadership
- Partner with accounting to ensure accurate financials and timely close processes
- Oversee cash flow forecasting, working capital, and treasury support
- Support debt management, lender reporting, and covenant tracking
- Drive financial insights and decision support across business functions
Qualifications for the Vice President of Finance:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in finance, FP&A, or corporate finance
- Strong background in financial modeling, reporting, and controls
- Experience in private or mid-sized company environments (PE-backed preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree required; CPA, MBA, or similar credentials preferred
