High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification preferred)
5+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
Strong PLC troubleshooting and programming experience
Solid electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
Ability to read and interpret schematics and technical manuals
Experience working with motors, sensors, drives, and industrial equipment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize, multitask, and work under pressure
Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally

Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on production equipment
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Diagnose and resolve issues with PLCs, motors, sensors, and inverters
Support equipment installations, upgrades, and production line improvements
Conduct routine inspections to prevent breakdowns and reduce downtime
Partner with engineering and production teams on process improvements
Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
Support facility maintenance and expansion projects as needed
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company procedures
Assist with inventory tracking and maintaining spare parts levels
Mentor team members and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
