Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Specialist to join our dynamic team in providing exceptional behavioral health services to children and individuals with developmental disabilities. As a BCBA Specialist, you will lead the implementation of evidence-based behavioral interventions, conduct comprehensive assessments, and collaborate closely with families, schools, and healthcare providers. Your expertise will help improve the quality of life for clients on the autism spectrum and other neurodevelopmental disorders through personalized treatment plans rooted in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Duties
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans based on thorough functional behavior assessments (FBA) and diagnostic evaluations.
- Conduct behavioral psychological assessments and functional assessments to identify client needs and inform treatment strategies.
- Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously during therapy sessions to track progress and adjust interventions accordingly.
- Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and support staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and medical professionals to coordinate care plans and facilitate effective communication regarding client progress.
- Perform intake assessments for new clients, including patient care and medical documentation, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Support clients in various settings such as home-based programs, school environments, or clinic-based sessions while maintaining professionalism in all interactions.
Qualifications
- Valid BCBA certification with current certification status recognized by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Experience working with children and individuals with disabilities, especially those diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders or neurodevelopmental disorders.
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and behavioral health principles.
- Proven ability to conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and behavioral psychological assessments.
- Experience working in school settings or home-based programs is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, medical records management, and documentation standards such as HIPAA compliance.
- Excellent client communication skills with a compassionate approach to patient care and family engagement.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team under clinical supervision.

Pay: $90.00 per hour
