Full-Time | Opening Team
TQM Café just opened in The Colony, and we're looking for friendly, energetic, and hospitality-driven Servers to join our opening team.
At TQM Café, our servers do more than take orders—they create memorable experiences. We're looking for people who genuinely enjoy connecting with guests, love working in a fast-paced environment, and take pride in making every visit feel welcoming.
TQM Café is a elevated all-day café serving specialty coffee, chef driven menu with lunch, dinner, and elevated weekend brunch, handcrafted beverages, and desserts. If you're a people person who enjoys great food, coffee, and creating meaningful guest experiences, we'd love to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Welcome guests with a warm and friendly attitude
- Guide guests through the menu and confidently answer questions
- Take food and beverage orders accurately using our POS system
- Deliver food and drinks with professionalism and attention to detail
- Make thoughtful recommendations, including specialty drinks, desserts, and seasonal features
- Ensure guests receive attentive, genuine service throughout their visit
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen and barista teams to ensure smooth service
- Handle guest concerns professionally and help resolve issues quickly
- Assist with opening, closing, side work, and maintaining a clean dining room
- Work as a team to create a positive experience for every guest
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of serving experience in a full-service restaurant, café, or brunch concept preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Friendly, outgoing, and positive personality
- Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy service periods
- Comfortable recommending menu items and upselling when appropriate
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain one)
