Desert Mountain Care Center (formerly Indio Nursing And Rehabilitation Center) is a skilled nursing and subacute facility with incredible culture and a tenured, experienced team! We love to grow and develop others - CNA to LVN, LVN to RN! We are looking to fill out our PM/NOC shift position. This is a FULL TIME POSITION and only schedule offered is 4-2 rotating schedule.

Duties:
- Assist with ADL’s.
- Provide patient care under direction of nursing staff.
- Monitor residents for any COC’s.
- Measure vital signs of residents as assigned.

Requirements:
- Must possess a current, unencumbered, active license to practice as an CNA in California.
- Current CPR certification.
- Must pass pre-employment background check and physical
Pay: $20.10 - $25.00 per hour
