Overview:
The Enrollment Specialist plays a key role in supporting the accuracy and quality of client enrollments within the debt resolution program. This position focuses on reviewing contracts and financial documentation, validating program eligibility, and ensuring that enrolled accounts remain accurate and up to date. This role operates primarily behind the scenes with minimal to no direct client communication, making attention to detail and strong analytical skills essential.
Responsibilities:
- Perform pre‑ and post‑reviews of outgoing and incoming contracts to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with program requirements.

Review new client accounts to confirm eligibility based on program guidelines and financial criteria.

Provide ongoing account support by reviewing creditor documentation, updating enrolled debts, adjusting payment schedules, and ensuring all account data remains current.

Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, Client Success, and Operations to resolve file discrepancies or gather missing information.

Maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial and personal information.
