Job Description
We are currently hiring reliable delivery drivers for same-day delivery routes in the Twin Cities metro area. Drivers are responsible for picking up packages in the morning and completing deliveries safely, accurately, and on time.
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Pay is based on completed successful stops and route volume. High-performing drivers who are reliable and complete more stops may have the opportunity to receive larger routes when available.
Responsibilities
- Pick up packages at the assigned pickup location in the morning
- Deliver packages to customers the same day
- Use GPS and delivery app instructions to complete stops
- Communicate route issues, delays, or failed deliveries
- Handle packages with care
- Complete deliveries safely and professionally
- Maintain good attendance and reliability
Requirements
- Must have your own reliable vehicle
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must have a working smartphone with GPS
- Must be dependable and able to work independently
- Must be able to pick up in the morning
- Must be able to complete assigned routes the same day
- Weekend availability is preferred
- Delivery experience is helpful but not required
Pay Details
Drivers can earn approximately $500–$1,200 weekly depending on completed stops, route availability, and number of days worked. Pay is based on successful completed deliveries.
