About the Role

Responsibilities-
Execute the assembly and integration of complex electro-mechanical components by interpreting technical blueprints and work orders.

Optimize production workflows by efficiently staging materials, kitting components, and managing inventory flow to workstations.

Ensure product integrity by performing rigorous quality inspections and documenting results within manufacturing software systems.

Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and carts, to maintain a seamless supply chain on the production floor.

Maintain a high standard of operational excellence by accurately recording production data and verifying material receipts.

Foster a culture of safety and efficiency by adhering to standardized protocols and collaborating with cross-functional team members.
Qualifications-
High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

Physical capability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.

Proficiency in reading and executing detailed English-language work instructions.

Experience utilizing handheld scanners and basic computer data entry.

Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a collaborative, team-oriented manufacturing setting.

1+ years of experience in a technical production or assembly environment.

Familiarity with ERP or MES software for inventory and production tracking.

Strong technical literacy with the ability to interpret schematics, drawings, and traveler paperwork.

Proven track record of maintaining high accuracy in labeling and part identification.

Experience with safe material handling practices and the use of industrial power tools.
