Job Summary
The Pennsylvania School-Based ACCESS Program reimburses Local Education Agencies (LEAs) for medically necessary services provided to students.
This position is responsible for coding RMTS moments for the School-Based Access Program (SBAP) while also providing direct support to Local Education Agencies (LEAs) as a member of the liaison team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and able to accurately review participant responses, known as "moments," and assign the appropriate activity code based on how participants spent their time. The Support Liaison/RMTS Specialist will manage a high volume of coding moments while maintaining accuracy, consistency, and compliance with program requirements. In addition, this position will provide technical assistance and guidance to LEAs to support the SBAP.
General Duties and Responsibilities
· Provide timely and accurate customer support via phone and email to LEAs concerning the School-Based ACCESS Program (SBAP)
· Conduct on-site training and technical assistance as requested by LEAs and/or the Department of Human Services (DHS)
· Participate in outreach campaigns to ensure deadlines and service levels are being met
· Review moments daily and assign the appropriate code based on program guidance.
· Identify moments requiring clarification and send follow-up inquiries to LEAs.
· Accurately track all correspondence within the designated system.

Requirements
· High school diploma or GED
· Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
· Training or coaching experience
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
· Must reside in Pennsylvania and can work from home 75% of the time
· Reliable transportation to travel to LEAs, statewide trainings, and TixStone’s office when required, approximately 25% of the time
· This is a part-time position with a schedule of up to 20 hours per week (4 hours per day), contingent upon workload and operational needs. Typical schedule – Mon – Fri from 12:00 pm to 4:00 pm.

Probationary Period
Employment is subject to a 90-day introductory/probationary period. During this time, performance, attendance, communication skills, and overall suitability for the position will be evaluated. Successful completion of the probationary period is required for continued employment.
