Overview
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing a warm welcome and ensuring a positive dining experience. This role requires excellent communication skills and a passion for hospitality, as you will be responsible for answering calls, seating guest, and closing out take out orders in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor and assist them in seating arrangements.
- Manage waitlists efficiently to optimize seating capacity. .
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host area.
- Keep restrooms clean (Trash empty, mirrors clean & paper towels filled Ect.)
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Assist in managing phone calls, take out orders, and providing information about the restaurant.
- Skills
- Strong customer service skills with an emphasis on guest relations and hospitality.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with proper phone etiquette.
- Familiarity with POS system (Focus Pos) is advantageous.
- Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team to create memorable dining experiences for guests.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour
