Job Summary

Responsibilities/Activities
Ensure that Agency policies and procedures and industry standards and regulations are followed
Assist with the coordination, evaluation, and planning of home care services
Assist the Manager with administrative activities and optimal use of resources
Develop, implement, and evaluate strategic plans, goals, and objectives
Coordinate staffing activities and scheduling
Supervise work activities of designated employees
Develop and instruct employees in the use of practices, procedures, and equipment
Provide leadership and guidance to employees
Conduct in-home assessments and liaise with community resources and other agencies
Required Knowledge
Knowledge of standards of practice and scope of practice, in accordance with state regulations
Comprehensive knowledge of other healthcare disciplines and their role in client and family care
Knowledge of personal care and home management skills
Knowledge of principles and processes for providing client and personal care services, including needs determinants, meeting quality standards, and evaluation of client satisfaction

Training/Experience
May require related experience
Preferred Experience: Two (2) or more years of experience in home care, healthcare marketing, business development, sales, or community outreach with a proven ability to build referral relationships and grow business within the healthcare community.
