Key Responsibilities:
- Work 1:1 with students throughout K–12 grades, implementing behavioral plans and data collection as directed by BCBA supervisors or special education staff
- Support classroom integration and student participation through ABA techniques
- Assist teachers and school staff in monitoring and adapting individual student supports
- Document student behaviors and interventions accurately, ensuring compliance with program requirements
- Foster a safe and supportive environment that promotes positive student outcomes
