Food Fusion NJ LLC, operating as Chank's Foods, is a family-owned frozen food manufacturer and distributor based in Bridgeton, NJ. We specialize in producing high-quality frozen food products that are distributed to major retail and wholesale accounts across the country.

Driver Responsibilities and Duties
- Transport finished goods in a safe and timely manner
- Drive and operate a 20ft refrigerated box truck in and around the NJ & PA area
- Plan routes to meet delivery and pickup schedules
- Supervise loading and unloading of cargo and ensure it is properly secured
- Refuel the vehicle and check or replace oil as needed
- Inspect truck for damage or maintenance issues
- Report any accidents or vehicle issues to supervisors promptly
- Maintain vehicle equipment in good working order
- Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs
- Be available for early morning departure times when required by the delivery schedule
- Comply with all applicable driving rules and regulations
Qualifications and Skills
- Valid Driver's License (No CDL required)
- Must hold a valid Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card)
- 2+ years of professional driving experience or related work experience
- Clean driving record with no recent moving violations
- Proficient at driving, maneuvering, and parking large vehicles
- Ability to drive long hours and travel regularly within the region
- Good knowledge of truck driving rules and regulations
- Flexible availability; ability to accommodate early morning shifts and a variable weekly schedule
- Physically fit; able to sit for extended periods, perform basic truck maintenance, and lift 40 lbs comfortably
- Dependable, hardworking, and an effective communicator
- Strong organizational skills
- Willing to submit to a background check if asked
Job Details
- Job Type: Part-time
- Schedule: Part-time; shifts are typically 1–2 times per week, sometimes once per week. Each shift runs anywhere from 6–12 hours. Early morning start times may be required depending on the delivery schedule. Monday–Friday.
