- PAY: $25-$30/hour (based upon experience)
- HOURS: Shifts will be 10-hour workdays; 45-50 hours/week
- SCHEDULE: Monday-Friday; 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Welder Fabricator Job Description:
We are seeking experienced Welder Fabricators to join a growing manufacturing team that engineers, fabricates, and installs industrial paint and finishing systems throughout North America. This position requires individuals who can independently set up welding equipment, read blueprints, fabricate components from raw materials, and perform high-quality welds in multiple positions. Candidates with strong fabrication skills and experience operating press brakes and plasma cutting equipment are highly desired.
Qualifications for Welder Fabricator:
- 5+ years of fabrication and welding experience preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders.
- Must be able to set up welding machines independently.
- Experience performing MIG, TIG, and Stick welding on carbon steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and other alloys.
- Must be capable of passing a weld test with horizontal and vertical welds.
- Experience fabricating with 16-gauge light gauge steel.
- Experience operating Press Brake and Plasma Cutting equipment is required.
- Experience with CNC Plasma Tables is a plus.
- Must be able to safely operate fabrication equipment including shears, band saws, torches, and hand plasma cutters.
- Must be able to safely use hand and power tools while following all PPE requirements.
- Must be able to perform job duties that require standing, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 50 lbs., and working in a manufacturing environment.
Additional Requirements for Welder Fabricator:
- Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Must have reliable transportation to the job site.
- Pre-employment drug screen and background check are required.
