Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 3rd shift Hatch Team Member for Hatchery 1 in Oakwood.
SHIFT HOURS: 5-day work week, rotating weekdays and weekends 7:00pm-6:00am
STARTING HOURLY RATE: $18.95 with the potential of increasing to $19.20 after 90 days
ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)
All training will be provided for this entry level position. Job functions include:

Transferring eggs and pulling hatch as instructed

Cleaning and/or disinfecting processing room, walls, holding room, incubators and loading bays.

Setting up processing line and assisting in the loading of poult trucks
- Must be 18 years of age

Ability to be on feet for prolonged periods of time

Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds, sometimes above head
