Capital Veterinary Clinic has an opening for a full-time receptionist position. Working 4 days a week (7:30am-5:30pm) and rotating Saturdays (7:30am-12:00pm).
Established in 1978, Capital Vet is a small animal, appointment-based clinic conveniently located in the heart of South Austin. We are looking for a confident, compassionate and friendly individual with great communication skills and the ability to multitask. The ideal candidate is an outgoing, team-oriented, self-starter, ready to assume any duties needed to maintain client care and clinic operations. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Candidates will be required to handle a multi-line phone system, schedule appointments using practice software, greet clients and their pets, and handle payments. After a 90 day probation period, full-time employees are eligible for health, dental, and vision insurance benefits as well as a uniform allowance.
