ertified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – 13-Week Contract
Location: Geneva, NY 14456
Pay: $950 – $962 Per Week (Total Gross)
Schedule:
Full-Time: 37.5 hours per week (5x7.5-hour shifts)
Shift: Evenings
Weekend/Holiday: Every other weekend (EOW) and Holidays required
Orientation: Must be available for a full-shift orientation on a Tuesday or Thursday
Position Summary & Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality direct resident care in accordance with established care plans.
Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including hygiene, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility.
Support repositioning, safe transfers, and ambulation using assistive devices.
Monitor resident conditions and promptly report any changes to the nursing staff.
Maintain a clean, safe environment and ensure resident comfort and dignity are upheld.
Accurate documentation of care provided within the facility's EMR system.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Active New York State (NYS) CNA Certification (Required)
Active BLS Certification (AHA or RQI only)
Minimum 1 year of LTC experience (Must have been licensed for at least 1 year)
High School Diploma or GED required
Strong communication skills and a patient-centered approach to care
