Job Title: Maintenance PlannerPosition Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented P6 Maintenance Planner (Oil & Gas) to support our daily maintenance operations. This role is responsible for reviewing applications, proposals, and technical documentation to prepare accurate time, cost, and labor estimates. The Maintenance Planner will develop and manage maintenance schedules, coordinate with internal departments and subcontractors, and ensure all maintenance activities are executed efficiently and on time.
Key Responsibilities
- Review applications, proposals, work orders, and supporting documentation to develop precise cost, labor, and time estimates for maintenance activities.
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate daily maintenance tasks across departments to meet established deadlines.
- Identify, evaluate, and select vendors or subcontractors to support maintenance operations.
- Develop and maintain detailed workflow schedules and resource plans.
- Track progress and update schedules to reflect changes, delays, or completed work.
- Collaborate with supervisors, technicians, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment on scope, requirements, and timelines.
- Utilize planning and tracking tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, Excel, and other relevant software.
- (For smaller sites) Perform additional duties related to scheduling and estimating maintenance work.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of maintenance planning and scheduling principles.
- Experience with planning/management software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera, Excel, or similar tools.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret technical documents.
- Effective communication and vendor management skills.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in maintenance, operations, construction, industrial, or related fields.
- Experience working with subcontractors and procurement processes.

Pay: $50.00 - $56.65 per hour
