Job Overview:
We are seeking dependable and motivated Line Cooks to join our kitchen team at our family-owned restaurant in Seville - Chilly Boy’s! This position is responsible for preparing high-quality menu items in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Responsibilities include food prep, pizza preparation, cooking entrees, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and ensuring all dishes are prepared according to standards.
Both full-time and part-time hours are available!
Applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards
- Assemble and bake pizzas accurately and efficiently
- Prepare entrees, sandwiches, and other dishes as ordered
- Complete daily prep tasks such as chopping vegetables, portioning meats, preparing sauces, and stocking stations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Work efficiently during busy service periods to ensure timely ticket completion
- Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and management
- Restock and rotate inventory as needed
