Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using warm calling techniques to generate interest and close deals
- Engage in consultative selling by understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions effectively
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contract details to secure successful agreements
- Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, update customer information, and manage sales pipelines
- Leverage sales automation technologies and telemarketing tools to optimize outreach efforts and increase efficiency
- Maintain high levels of customer service by providing clear communication, addressing client questions, and ensuring a positive experience throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless deal closure and follow-up on post-sale activities
Experience
- Proven experience in inside sales. Coming from Plastics or Medical device sales is ideal.
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively over the phone
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer relationships
- Technical sales experience with an understanding of sales automation tools and sales technology adoption strategies
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport quickly
- Prior call center or outbound calling experience is highly desirable
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on targets
