We are seeking a dependable and skilled Maintenance Technician to support our multiple locations (7–8 sites). This role is essential to keeping our restaurants operating efficiently by maintaining kitchen equipment, building systems, and ensuring a safe environment for our team and guests.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform general building repairs including painting, lighting, and basic plumbing

Troubleshoot and repair refrigeration units and kitchen equipment

Maintain and repair cooking appliances and other facility equipment

Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance on refrigeration and kitchen equipment

Diagnose equipment malfunctions and complete timely repairs

Ensure all facilities meet safety and compliance standards

Coordinate and complete maintenance work during non-operating hours when necessary

Travel between multiple locations as needed

Bilingual in English and Spanish (required)

Proven experience in maintenance, facilities, or a similar technical role

Strong knowledge of refrigeration and commercial kitchen equipment

Experience with general building repairs (painting, lighting, plumbing)

Ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical systems

Understanding of safety standards and compliance requirements

Valid driver’s license with the ability to travel between locations

Flexible schedule with availability to work early mornings, evenings, or weekends as needed

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage time across multiple job sites
