What You'll Be Doing
- Making bubble tea and other drinks just the way our customers love them
- Greeting customers with a smile and helping them choose their favorite drinks
- Taking orders and using our register (POS system)
- Handling cash and card payments
- Keeping the drink station, counters, and equipment clean
- Wiping down tables, chairs, and keeping the café looking welcoming
- Restocking toppings, cups, straws, and other supplies throughout your shift
- Helping keep the restroom clean and stocked
- Following food safety and cleanliness standards
- Performing other duties as assigned by the manager
We're Looking For Someone Who Is...
- Friendly and has great customer service skills
- Reliable and shows up on time
- Comfortable working in a busy environment
- Willing to help keep the shop clean and organized
- Able to stand and stay active during a shift
- Comfortable handling cash and basic math
- Available to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays
