Job Summary
Outright Clean Services (OCS) is seeking a Regional Janitorial Supervisor to oversee janitorial operations at multiple government office facilities in South Dakota.
The successful candidate will ensure subcontractors meet contract requirements, maintain quality standards, conduct routine inspections, and serve as the primary field representative for OCS.

- Spearfish, SD
- Mission, SD
Travel between locations is required.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day janitorial operations.
- Conduct routine quality inspections.
- Ensure compliance with contract requirements and cleaning schedules.
- Coordinate and communicate with subcontractors.
- Resolve service issues promptly.
- Complete inspection reports and maintain service documentation.
- Verify that all required cleaning tasks are completed.
- Assist with onboarding and training new subcontractors.
- Maintain professional relationships with facility representatives.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in commercial janitorial services, facility management, or building maintenance.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple locations.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.
- Ability to travel regularly between Huron, Spearfish, and Mission.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing government or commercial cleaning contracts.
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning standards and quality control processes.
