Construction Laborer

Position Overview
JB Landscape & Construction is seeking dependable, hardworking individuals to join our growing team. This is a hands-on position that requires working outdoors in all weather conditions while assisting with a variety of residential and commercial construction and landscape projects.
Job Duties
- General outdoor construction labor
- Wood framing and carpentry
- Roofing installation and repairs
- Basic welding and metal fabrication
- Landscape installation and maintenance
- Site preparation, grading, and cleanup
- Loading, unloading, and transporting materials
- Operating hand tools and power tools safely
- Assisting crew leaders with daily project tasks
- Maintaining a clean and organized job site
Qualifications
- Previous construction or landscape experience preferred but not required
- Experience in framing, carpentry, roofing, welding, or landscaping is a plus
- Must be dependable with a strong work ethic
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding work
- Must be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Ability to follow directions and work well as part of a team

Compensation
- Starting wage: $15.00 per hour
- Pay is based on previous experience and qualifications
