As a Pipe Foreman , you’ll be at the heart of our projects, leading crews and ensuring everything runs smoothly. Your role will include:
- Supervising and motivating a crew of 2–7 team members to perform at their best.
- Laying out, assembling, and installing various pipe systems, from deep sanitary sewer to storm sewers.
- Operating heavy equipment to excavate, install, and backfill with precision.
- Using transit levels and calculating grades to keep everything accurate and on track.
- Planning and sequencing work to minimize delays and maximize efficiency.
- Prioritizing safety by completing daily Job Safety Analyses (JSAs) and addressing potential hazards.
- Collaborating with the team and maintaining professional relationships with project owners.
Monitoring equipment to ensure it’s running smoothly and reporting any issues.
