Responsibilities
- Lead informative and lively guided tours in both English and Spanish, ensuring all guests are engaged and informed throughout the experience
- Share captivating stories, historical facts, and cultural insights to enhance visitors’ understanding and enjoyment
- Manage tour schedules efficiently, ensuring timely departures and arrivals while maintaining a positive pace
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing questions, assisting with special needs, and ensuring guest safety at all times
- Maintain clear communication with team members and visitors to ensure smooth operations during outdoor activities
- Uphold safety protocols including CPR certification when applicable, and respond promptly to emergencies or guest concerns
- Promote a friendly, inclusive atmosphere that encourages interaction and learning among diverse audiences
