Advanced Asset Management (AAM) is seeking a skilled Service Technician to support daily maintenance operations at a multifamily community. This role ensures apartments and common areas are safe, functional, and well maintained while delivering excellent resident service.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete work orders in a timely and professional manner
- Perform apartment turns, make‑ready work, and preventive maintenance
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, and general carpentry
- Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of buildings and common areas
- Respond to after‑hours emergencies as scheduled
- Follow AAM safety standards, policies, and Fair Housing requirements
- Communicate effectively with residents and the on‑site team
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of multifamily or residential maintenance experience
- Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
- EPA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
