Lucent Bridge is hiring a full - time AT&T Account Manager to connect individuals with AT&T Fiber. The AT&T Account Manager will oversee each customer account with care, explaining how fiber-optic internet enhances streaming, remote work, and daily connectivity. Through diligent account management, you’ll drive meaningful results that expand fiber access throughout the community.
As an AT&T Account Manager, you will be trained to oversee customer accounts from the first conversation through long‑term service, ensuring a smooth, professional experience at every stage. The AT&T Account Manager will also contribute to the team's enrollment objectives by identifying customers who are ready to upgrade or add Wi‑Fi solutions.
Role Responsibilities for an AT&T Account Manager - Entry Level:
- Oversee customer accounts from initial outreach through ongoing account support, ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience at every stage.
- Manage customer interactions related to AT&T Fiber services, account updates, and connectivity solutions while maintaining accurate customer information and documentation.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for customer accounts, providing timely follow-up, resolving concerns, and ensuring long-term customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with team members and leadership to support account objectives, customer retention efforts, and overall operational goals.
- Monitor account activity and customer needs to identify opportunities for service upgrades, additional Wi-Fi solutions, or enhanced connectivity options.
- Assist in onboarding and account setup processes to ensure customers feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their experience.
- Contribute to team performance by helping maintain organized account management practices, consistent communication, and high-quality customer support standards.
