We are looking for individuals who are interested in hazmat and would like to earn extra money in conjunction with their current employment.
This is a On Call/ Part Time position. As a member of the RRS decon Team you will be responding to Salisbury VA Medical Center to decon patients when needed. All training is paid for by RRS. Trainings/meetings are 2-4 hours per month.
Drills, Meetings, Inventory, ETC are paid at 50.00 an hour
Call out Response to the hospital are paid at 200.00 an hour
***The first meeting with RRS is an interview process and is NOT PAID. ***
Applicants for will be EXPECTED to respond and assist other team members with the setup, break down and decontamination of individuals that arrive at specific hospital/hospitals contaminated with Hazardous or potentially Hazardous Materials.
Applicants will be expected to attend RRS team meetings once a month for response training to hazmat patient decontamination processes.
Applicants for must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs.
Medical experience is a plus.
Any Hazmat background skills, FRA/FRO or education is a plus for all applicants.
Applicants must be able to maintain a high level of professionalism.

Applicants must be willing to cover visible tattoos while on hospital grounds
