We are seeking a highly engaged and proactive Commercial Banking Lending Associate to support our Commercial Banking team in Denver, CO. This role plays a critical part in delivering a seamless client experience by proactively supporting Relationship Managers, managing complex loan processes, and serving as a trusted partner to clients and internal stakeholders.

Essential Functions: Proactively supports multiple Relationship Managers by providing a wide range of commercial loan support services to new and existing clients Facilitates the commercial loan process from deal initiation through closing, funding, and ongoing servicing with a high level of accuracy and ownership Communicates directly with clients and prospects to collect required due diligence items and ensure timely completion Reviews and validates documentation related to entity formation, real estate and title, UCC filings, insurance policies, collateral perfection, and related requirements Ensures accurate loan documentation, proper fee collection, and adherence to internal controls Monitors maturing loan reports; tracks, manages, and resolves loan exceptions in a timely manner Effectively engages in frequent communication with internal and external partners, including inter-organizational managers, on non-routine, sensitive, or high-impact matters Independently manages complex projects requiring sound judgment within broadly defined policies, procedures, and practices Builds and nurtures strong internal partnerships to support client transactions and ongoing servicing needs Delivers consistently exceptional client experience through professional, clear, and responsive verbal and written communication Collaborates with Relationship Managers and team members to develop thoughtful strategies that anticipate and meet client needs Ensures compliance with all regulatory requirements, security standards, and bank policies, procedures, and goals Conducts research as needed, following issues through to resolution with accountability and attention to deadlines Demonstrates flexibility by assisting other team members and contributing to team objectives as needed Performs other related duties as assigned
Qualifications: High School diploma or equivalent and 3+ years of experience in banking, commercial lending, loan documentation, lending processes, or other directly related experience A combination of education and relevant experience may be considered Advanced knowledge of commercial lending practices, general bank processes, loan principles, and loan systems Ability to respond to inquiries promptly while balancing multiple priorities Demonstrated ability to process, audit, and review detailed client and loan information accurately Excellent organizational skills with strong time management and exceptional attention to detail Proven problem-solving and issue-resolution skills with the ability to think critically and proactively Ability to frequently re-prioritize workload to meet changing deadlines and business needs Demonstrates personal accountability and professional judgment, with the ability to work independently and with limited direction Proficient working knowledge of PCs and Microsoft Office applications

Compensation:
This position is eligible to earn an hourly wage in the range of $32.69hr - $37.50hr , depending on job‑related factors such as experience level and location. This position is in-office and does not offer a hybrid schedule.
Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors, including but not limited to experience, skills, expertise, location, education, and certifications.
