About the Role
Kelley Bean Company is seeking dependable, career-oriented individuals to join our team asWarehouse Techniciansat our dry edible bean facility in Bridger, MT. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced production environment where safety, quality, and teamwork matter.
What Youll Do
- Sew, stack, and handle bags of dry edible beans
- Fill and load totes with finished product
- Load and unload trucks and railcars using a forklift
- Perform general housekeeping (sweeping, vacuuming, maintaining clean work areas)
- Follow all food safety, quality, and employee safety guidelines
- Work efficiently to meet daily production deadlines
- Lift up to 100 pounds as required
Training is provided for individuals willing to learn.
What Were Looking For
- Dependable and reliable attendance
- Proven work history
- Agricultural experience (preferred)
- Forklift experience (preferred)
- Mechanical or basic repair skills (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Experience:
- Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Forklift experience: 1 year (preferred)
- Work Location: In person
