Duties:
- Assist the physical therapist in providing patient care and treatment
- Implement treatment plans under the supervision of the physical therapist
- Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment
- Educate patients and their families on exercises and activities to improve mobility and function
- Administer modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and heat/cold therapy
- Assist with therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and gait training
- Maintain a clean and organized treatment area

- Strong knowledge of human anatomy and physiology
- Proficient in providing patient care and assistance
- Familiarity with occupational health practices and protocols
- Experience in trigger point therapy techniques
- Ability to work in a hospital or acute care setting
- Knowledge of medical terminology
As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will play a vital role in assisting the physical therapist in providing high-quality care to patients. Pay: $40.00 - $45.50 per hour
