Project Engineer
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Project Engineer to support the successful execution of commercial glazing projects including storefront, curtainwall, entrances, glass railings, and related architectural systems.
The Project Engineer will work closely with Project Managers, Senior Project Engineers, estimators, vendors, and drafting teams to coordinate submittals, procurement, material tracking, and project documentation from project kickoff through fabrication and installation.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform project take-offs and maintain submittal logs in a project management software
- Review project plans, specifications, proposals
- Prepare and organize submittal packages and project documentation
- Track submittal approvals, revisions, and release dates
- Assist with material procurement and purchase order management
- Enter and manage purchase orders, shipping dates, and acknowledgements a project management software
- Review material orders for accuracy against approved shop drawings and specifications
- Maintain organized digital project files and documentation
- Support fabrication breakdowns and Partner-Pak/Glazier Studio entries
Qualifications
- Experience in the glazing, storefront, curtainwall, or construction industry preferred but not required
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and specifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, Excel & PDF editing software
- Experience with project management software
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay: $40,560.00 - $54,080.00 per year
