Are you an outgoing and adventurous person who enjoys working outdoors? Treehouse World in West Chester, PA is seeking a part-time supervisor.
Treehouse World is an award winning Family Entertainment Center that offers guests seeking adventure and fun. Supervisors are expected to maintain superior guest experiences while offering staff support and ensuring that all safety regulations are followed.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Support adventure staff on their day to day duties, making sure all stations are manned and staff is engaged in giving the best possible guest experience
- Ensure the staff and guests understand and adhere to all park safety rules and regulations and enforce when necessary
- Ensure that opening/closing procedures are followed
- Ensure that party/group hosts are providing a positive experience
- Maintain site cleanliness and organization
- Resolve issues/conflicts with guests and/or staff with discretion and professionalism
- Prepare incident reports on any injuries, near misses in the park
Requirements:
- Prior supervisory experience is a plus but will train the right person
- Must be over the age of 18
- Must be able to work weekends
- Must be adventurous and not afraid of ziplining, rock climbing, high ropes courses.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
