Z&I Partners is growing throughout the Bay Area and is hiring an Entry Level Manager to join our expanding team. This is a full-time, in-person role where you'll work directly with residential customers while developing skills in management, customer service, sales, account management, and team leadership through hands-on training and ongoing mentorship.
Responsibilities of the Entry Level Manager
- Meet directly with residential customers throughout assigned Bay Area communities
- Introduce available products, services, promotions, and account options
- Explain pricing, features, and available solutions in a clear and professional manner
- Assist customers with account enrollments, activations, upgrades, and account updates
- Support daily sales initiatives while maintaining a positive customer experience
- Assist with team development, daily operations, and performance goals as an Entry Level Manager
- Learn leadership, coaching, communication, and management skills through hands-on training
- Partner with leadership to support customer satisfaction, team performance, and business growth
As an Entry Level Manager, you'll spend your day meeting with customers, explaining available products and services, supporting account enrollments, and learning how to manage daily operations and team performance. Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing, in-person environment
- Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented
- Interest in management, leadership, customer service, sales, account management, business development, or marketing
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, food service, sales, athletics, or other customer-facing roles is helpful but not required
Pay: $900.00 - $1,300.00 per week
