Pay: $22.00 - $44.00 per hour, depending on experience
We are seeking motivated Machinists ranging from entry-level candidates to experienced CNC professionals. This position offers the chance to work in a clean, temperature-controlled manufacturing environment producing high-precision metal components used in advanced machinery and equipment.
Whether you have machining school experience or several years of hands-on CNC programming and setup experience, we have opportunities available across multiple skill levels.
1st Shift

Candidates hired for 2nd shift will train on 1st shift for approximately 1-2 months before transitioning to their assigned schedule.

Set up and operate CNC mills, lathes, grinders, and speed-cell machines

Read and interpret blueprints and engineering drawings
-
Machine components to tight tolerances
-
Utilize precision measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, and gauges

Perform machine setups and changeovers
-
Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust offsets as needed

Operate manual machining equipment including lathes, mills, and surface grinders
-
Select proper tooling and gauging for production runs

Support production and assembly requirements
-
Maintain quality and safety standards throughout manufacturing processes
-
1+ year of machining experience or completion of machining-related training/schooling

Ability to read and understand blueprints

Basic knowledge of G-Code and M-Code

Strong mechanical aptitude

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills

3+ years of CNC machining experience in a manufacturing environment

Experience with setup, operation, and programming of CNC equipment

Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills

Proficiency with G-Code and M-Code

Experience maintaining tight tolerances

Ability to work effectively in a team environment

OD/ID grinding experience

Large CNC lathe experience

Mill-turn or 5-axis machining experience

Mazatrol controls experience
