Spread Bagelry, Philadelphia's own Montreal Style Wood Fired Bagelry is searching for a Part-time Breakfast Line Cook at our King of Prussia, PA location!
Cross-training is ideal for this role.
This is a great opportunity for those interested in an elevated hospitality experience for our clients and teas. From preparing our Bagels and spreads to our signature sandwiches, our cooks bring our vision of deliciousness to life.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare breakfast & lunch items in accordance with our established recipes
- Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a safe and sanitary manner
- Maintain inventory of food supplies and place orders as needed
- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Daily & weekly food preparation to meet business needs
- Collaborate with front and back house staff to ensure efficient workflow
- Follow all food safety regulations and guidelines
Qualifications:
- 1-2+ years' experience as a line cook
- Restaurant/Hospitality experience preferred
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
