We are looking for a Mental Health Therapist to join our team and provide quality care to our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, and will be able to provide a safe and supportive environment for clients to discuss their mental health concerns. The successful candidate will be able to assess clients' needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, psychodynamic therapy, and interpersonal therapy.
Responsibilities:
- Provide individual, group and family therapy.
- Assess clients’ mental health needs and develop treatment plans.
- Provide crisis intervention services.
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and treatment plans.
- Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate optimal care for clients.
- Educate clients on mental health issues and strategies for managing symptoms.
- Bilingual Preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $67,500.00 - $105,842.00 per year
