We are seeking an Assistant Manager of Production. This role is critical in managing the day -to-day operations of our Foam in Place production line.

Qualifications: (knowledge, skills, and abilities):
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years supervisory experience
- Ability to adapt and be flexible
- Ability to direct others in a positive manner that promotes good teamwork and morale
- Ability to communicate clearly with all levels of associates
Primary Position Responsibilities:
- Department development of short and long term planning
- Responsible for achieving daily production goals
- Provide guidance and counseling to team leaders within the department
- Develop and promote a safe, open, honest, and productive workplace
- Facilitate team building
- Good communication skill between shifts, production and management
- Process analysis for quality and quantity
- Associate training and development
- Problem analysis and resolution
- Administer corrective action
- Issue verbal reviews and annual performance appraisals
- Interpret and communicate company policies and procedures to associates supervised
- Enforce company safety regulations
- Analysis, resolve and track exception report results
Essential Job Requirements:
- Previous manufacturing experience

- Must be able to work overtime on short notice
