- Ship finished product according to customer packaging/labeling requirements and safety standards
- Receive inbound materials: verify counts/part numbers, inspect for damage, and document/report discrepancies
- Schedule and coordinate carrier pickups, resolve shipment issues, and help troubleshoot delivery problems
- Process and maintain clean inventory transactions (receipts, transfers, staging, shipping deductions) to support accuracy and audit readiness
- Receive against purchase orders (POs), ensure proper paperwork, and communicate exceptions (shortages, incorrect items, damage)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years in shipping/receiving, inventory control, warehouse, or related operations
- Manufacturing experience preferred (metal fabrication/machine shop a plus)
- Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and/or shipping software is a plus
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs regularly and up to 50 lbs occasionally; forklift cert or willingness to obtain preferred
