Career Growth

If selected, you'll begin a 90-day paid training program designed to help you learn the role and succeed. During this time, we'll evaluate your performance, reliability, and overall fit with our practice. While our goal is to develop long-term team members, completion of the training period does not guarantee permanent employment.
After successfully completing your training, you'll have the opportunity to cross-train as a Non-Surgical Spinal Decompression Technician, where you'll learn to operate state-of-the-art equipment, work directly with patients, and gain valuable hands-on healthcare experience.

- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Spanish-speaking/bilingual candidates are strongly preferred
