Travel Nurse Manager – Endoscopy & Urgent Care | Somerville, MA ($4,448/Week)

Location: Somerville, MA
Schedule: Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
No Weekends | No Holidays | No On-Call
Contract: 8 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Weekly Pay: Up to $4,448/week
Mandatory Requirements to Apply
- Active Massachusetts RN License (or eligibility)
- Minimum 5+ years of Nurse Manager (NM) experience (Highly Preferred)
- Recent Nurse Manager experience required
- Experience managing Endoscopy/GI Center and Urgent Care
- Experience with moderate sedation and GI procedures/scopes
- Current AHA BLS Certification
- CGRN Certification preferred
- Previous Travel Nursing experience required
- EPIC EMR experience preferred
- Two recent Manager/Supervisor references in the same specialty
- Specialty-specific Skills Checklist
- Valid Driver's License with matching address
- NURSYS verification report (issued within the last week) showing an active or conditional Massachusetts RN license
- RTO must be submitted with the application
- Flu vaccination required during flu season
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the Endoscopy and Urgent Care departments.
- Supervise nursing staff, scheduling, workflow, and patient care.
- Ensure safe administration of moderate sedation and GI procedures.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to maintain quality patient outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with hospital policies, regulatory standards, and documentation requirements.
Bonus & Benefits + Salary
- Weekly Pay: Up to $4,448
- W-2 Taxable Pay: $65/hour
- Weekly Tax-Free Stipend: Up to $1,848 (for qualified travellers)
- Overtime Rate: $143/hour
- 8-Week Contract
