Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and skilled Truck Driver to join our transportation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating a flatbed truck, to deliver goods efficiently and on time. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, adherence to traffic regulations, and the ability to navigate routes effectively. $2500.00 sign-on bonus.Paid quarterly safety bonus. Must have class A CDL
Duties
- Operate commercial vehicles, including tractor-trailers, ensuring safe transport of goods.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations.
- Drive routes efficiently while adhering to scheduled delivery times.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs of mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents that occur during transport.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding route changes or delays.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal transportation regulations.
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
- At least 1 year of Experience is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of route driving and navigation skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to customer service.
- Must have Hazmat endorsement.
- Must be able to work with Landstar
