Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Psychiatrist specializing in Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) to join our dynamic mental health team. In this role, you will provide expert psychiatric care, utilizing innovative TMS therapy to treat patients with depression and other mood disorders. Your expertise will help improve patient outcomes through comprehensive assessments, personalized treatment plans, and compassionate care delivery. Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough psychiatric evaluations and diagnostic assessments for diverse patient populations, including pediatric, adult, and geriatric patients.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans incorporating TMS therapy, medication management, psychotherapy, and other evidence-based interventions.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive behavioral health care, including crisis management and addiction counseling when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation, including patient records, intake forms, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Engage in ongoing patient assessment to monitor progress, adjust medications (psychopharmacology), and evaluate treatment efficacy.
- Participate in clinical meetings, case conferences, and data collection efforts to enhance service quality and support research initiatives.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of psychiatry principles, psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and other therapeutic modalities.
- Proven experience working with children, individuals with developmental disabilities, PTSD care, geriatrics, and inpatient/outpatient settings.
- Strong background in medical terminology, mental health counseling, diagnostic evaluation, and crisis management.
- Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate approach to working with diverse populations.

Pay: $230,000.00 - $500,000.00 per year
